During the last ten years of living and working in Tenerife, Dr. Paul Johnson, now a retired British medical practitioner, experienced first hand the difficulties of buying and selling property in a foreign country. Having met countless friends and patients with similar problems, he came to realise the enormous potential of the Internet to make the process of buying and selling property a lot easier for everyone involved. This is how the idea behind Property Base was born.

Designing and creating a unique online property advertising network called for a wide range of expertise. So, Dr. Johnson teamed up with Sorted Sites, a local web development and marketing agency with the ability to take a great idea and turn it into the success that Property Base is today.

Property Networking & Linking

Several months of hard work by a team of designers, programmers, marketers and researchers went into creating Property Base, which launched in September 2003 and re launched in 2008 with additional features which included linking up with other property portals.

The Property Base network is owned by Touchdocun Marketing S.L and was designed to be easy to use, but behind this simplicity lies a powerful system based on modern Internet technology. The result is an online network that makes contact between estate agents and potential clients easier than ever before.
