How do I sign-up for Property Base and what will it cost me?
An initial set-up fee of 100 euros will allow us to create your company and property templates for our website portal. We will also train you in how to quickly upload and update your information.
The sign-up fee will also allow us to manage the creation of any automatic links to other sites using the Master Portal system.
We will assist where needed in setting up portal accounts at third parties, but the account management and payment of invoices will remain your responsibility.
A monthly fee of 99 euros (payable by Direct Debit) will provide the management of your automatic updates via the Master Portal and will also give you 250 slots on our own Property Base portal.
Contracts are for a minimum of 12 months.
